Prices include a hamper Breakfast taken at your convenience at the breakfast bar.
We provide Coffee, tea, a selection of herb teas, milk, butter, cereals (form Shropshire), bread normally home baked by Sue, eggs (from our hens ..when laying!), apple Juice from our own orchard, marmalade home made by us, honey from the bees on the farm. All the produce is organic. (As the bees fly many miles the honey cannot be certified organic.)
We will top up your breakfast hamper during your stay on request.
If you have any special dietary requirements please advise us when booking we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
We have a delivery of an organic box from Riverford early most Wednesdays. You may be able to book additional food if ordered on-line by the previous Sunday. We will store for you until your arrival if required.

Booking

Pets
Sorry but we cannot accommodate pets or animals, as we are a working farm.
Children
We do not normally accept children under 12. As there is only one room with a double bed, special arrangement may be made for a camp bed. A small surcharge may be made, but please contact us if you wish to bring them and we may be able to accommodate them.
Check in and Check out times
Check in is between 4:30pm and 9:00pm on the day of arrival and check out before 10:30am on the day of departure. However, if you wish to arrive or depart outside these times please let us know and we will try to meet your needs.
We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive without prior notice before the agreed time as we may be busy preparing the rooms.
Deposits
We will require a deposit of the first night’s cost in order to guarantee your booking.
Without a deposit we cannot guarantee the availability of a room unless otherwise notified.
Payments
Payments may be made by cash, credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa only.)
Deposits and balances may be made by BACS.
I am sorry but we are no longer able to accept cheques.
Cancellations
Please note that by making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 week before 21:00 on the day of check in free of charge
Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before 21:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.
We would only cancel your booking if the accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would, however, attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or not acceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the booking.
Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
We suggest that you obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover the forfeit of your deposit if you have to cancel your booking due to unexpected circumstances.
